Tomorrow, June 28th, NWC Executive Director Stephen M. Kohn will present his Corporate Whistleblower CLE seminar in Downtown Los Angeles at Carlsmith Ball LLP. The event will run from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm (PDT), and will focus on the new Dodd-Frank corporate whistleblower provisions adopted by the SEC and will also cover the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and other relevant whistleblower statutes.
