The Attorney Referral Service (ARS) was created in 1994 to match whistleblowers with qualified legal counsel. The National Whistleblower Legal Defense and Education Fund operates the ARS to provide legal referrals to whistleblowers in search of competent counsel. The ARS is composed of attorneys from across the nation who are interested in whistleblowing cases.

How to Join
The number of whistleblowers seeking attorney referrals has doubled over the last several years. Because of the large volume of requests for assistance, we urgently need new attorney members in your state.
To join the Attorney Referral Service, just complete the application form and send it in along with your check or money order or pay by credit card by clicking here .
